We will conduct QTL mapping on three focal sister species pairs and monitor the hybrid mapping populations in the wild for various measures fitness and biotic interaction. These experiments will determine whether there is antagonistic pleiotropy of QTL underlying divergent adaptations and will connect genetic loci to traits, fitness, and reproductive isolation.
